With a Master’s Degree from USC and 25 years of experience, Gina
Holloway is eager to help you grow your business!

Following three years of teaching at the middle school level in
southern California, she entered industry as the Assistant to the West
Coast Manager of Nike. After serving as an Executive Assistant for
some 10 years, she became Office Manager with oversight over the
staff and all functions of Nike’s west coast corporate office. She
assisted in opening 900+ new retail accounts for Nike, managed the
office staff, established accounting and reporting systems and
managed all the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, sales
force commissions and bank reconciliation. She also coordinated Nike’
s trade show exhibits and provided customer support to such National
accounts as Wal*Mart, K-Mart, Target, Price/Costco, Foot Locker,
Nordstrom's, Mervyns’s, May Co., Big 5 Sporting Goods, Oshman’s and
J.C. Penny's.

Following her family’s move from California to New Mexico, she
became Office Manager and Retail Store Manager at Las Cruces’
premier interior design studio, Connie Hine’s Interior Design. After
assisting the President & CEO in all facets of her business for a year,
she was offered the position of Vice President and General Manager of
PZH Contract Design in the neighboring city of El Paso. PZH is a
Southwestern Distributor of nationally branded Hayworth Office
Furniture and Milliken Carpets. In this new position, Gina had
managerial responsibility for the entire complement of 25 employees.

In 1996, Gina’s family moved to San Diego where she became a
founding member and Executive Director of Citizen’s For Community
Values of San Diego. This non-profit organization is dedicated to
protecting women and children from the harm of pornography.  Gina
established the 501(c)(3) organizational structure and persuaded
prominent San Diego business executives to serve on the Board of
Directors. She developed a Quick Books accounting system, designed
a Microsoft Access Database of donors and strategic partners, created
a Quarterly Newsletter using Quark Express, instituted Victim's
Assistance Programs, and delivered presentations to the San Diego
City Council, County Board of Supervisors, churches and organizations.

In early 2001, Gina, her husband Gil, son Gib and daughter Daryn
became mortgage brokers in San Diego. The “Holloway Team” rapidly
originated loan volumes of 15 – 20 units a month. Gina served as
Operations Manager coordinating the processing, submission, and
closing of the loans with the clients, Realtors, banks and Escrow
Officers. She is well versed in real estate transactions.

Since moving to the DFW area in 2003, Gina has delivered business
support services to a variety of clients.
