Pledge Of Ethics
As a professional Virtual Assistant, I acknowledge and respect my ethical
responsibilities to clients, colleagues, and myself. I agree to conduct
myself responsibly with the highest degree of integrity and accountability.
I will do no purposeful harm to myself, to those I partner with, or to the
Virtual Assistance profession.

Standards Of Excellence
As a professional Virtual Assistant, I endeavor to conduct myself with the
utmost in integrity and accountability. I will also protect my clients’
confidentiality.

I am sensitive to cultural values and celebrate diversity. I will exercise
integrity and honesty on all of my client assignments. I will only offer
services or use technologies my partners and I are competent to deliver. I
will never misrepresent our capabilities or give misleading information.
Our clients are of utmost importance to us and we will clearly communicate
the terms of our working agreement and clarify the expectations of both
parties in advance of our engagements. Since we are accountable for our
work, we will admit mistakes and correct them immediately.

The physical records of the work performed for clients are the property of
VirtualAssistantsDFW.com. Client proprietary information is held in strict
confidence and information contained in their records will not be released
without their written approval or by court order. All of our client records are
made available to them upon their written request.

Even though our Virtual Assistant Partners are independent contractors, we
require them to sign this pledge annually. They know that violating it will
result in immediate termination of their ongoing services in conjunction
with VirtualAssistantsDFW.com
